A practitioner who understands

With 25 years of experience in the education sector, I am passionate about supporting those working in this highly-rewarding, but challenging, profession.

How am I going to feel better?

Invest long-term in your own wellbeing by joining this 5-week online programme which has been specifically designed to support teachers and other educators this half term.

Come along and learn practical, fast-acting techniques for reducing and releasing unwanted emotions around topics which sometimes cause stress, anxiety and worry for those working in schools and other education establishments.

The techniques are not just for work-related issues though. You'll also learn how to adapt them for relief from other  stresses and uncomfortable emotions arising in your day-to-day life.

The programme includes:

  • a live, hour-long session each week
  • video links to the content covered
  • access to a private facebook group
  • 'take-away' resources
  • and yes, there will be 'homework'!

Each cohort is intentionally limited in places to ensure a high-quality experience which can be tailored to participant needs.
