Overwhelming workload?
Sunday night worries?
Hard to switch off from work?
Struggle to connect with particular students?
Worried about talking with parents?
Anxious about an upcoming lesson visit?
If you work in education this list can feel endless!
Spend an hour relaxing and reducing unwanted emotions around topics which sometimes causes stress or worry for those working in education.
No previous knowledge of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or 'Tapping' as it's often known) needed - just bring yourself and find a quiet space to sit for a while.

The Sunday Online Sessions for Educators are designed for you to take time out of your week to reduce and release unwanted emotions around topics which sometimes cause stress or worry for those working in education.
In addition you'll be starting to learn some great techniques which you can use any time you need them - and not just for work-related issues. They can be used for phobias, anxiety, taking the 'sting' out of past memories, clearing self-limiting beliefs and so much more to improve your general wellbeing.
We'll start by spending a little time breathing and relaxing together and practising how to feel grounded in moments of stress, worry or overwhelm and then we'll reduce and release those unwanted emotions using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or 'Tapping') .
Don't worry if you've never done it before - it's an easy to use painless technique similar to acupuncture (but without the needles!) where I'll guide you through what to say and where to tap on yourself.
Your microphone will be off and it is completely your choice whether or not you have your camera on or off.
You won't be asked to share any personal information with any other participants such as where you work, your role or any current concerns you have. You don't even need to share your name unless you have it on your Zoom picture.
Please contact me if you'd like to find out more about how I can support your wellbeing and happiness.
